About the role
As a Content Strategist, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
Work closely with colleagues across our global organization to design, develop and maintain self-service help content for tax and accounting software
Foster collaboration across multiple teams as you gather technical and product-specific information and translate that information into concise, clear text for our end-users, both internal and external
Display a strong commitment to delivering quality documentation in HTML, PDF, etc.
Review and update existing content and create new content to fill our gaps
Design page layout, interactions, and visual tone
Use data and research to evaluate our content’s impact and push for continuous improvement that shows real results
Present your work and articulate your approach to teammates, product owners, and other stakeholders
Actively promote the use of self-service resources to both internal and external customers to increase self-service adoption
About you
You’re a fit for the role of Content Strategist if you:
Have a bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years working in the world of content, including content management systems (CMSs), knowing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
Confident and skilled in HTML, CSS is a plus
Content design skills is a plus
Quick learner with strong research, problem solving skills and an energetic passion to help others
Express strong communication skills (written and verbal)
