Customer Retention Manager, Reuters

Reuters is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Retention Manager to join our Professional team in North America. About the Role

As our Customer Retention Manager, Reuters Professional you will:

• Manage the customer retention journeys, and lead their optimization by owning the retention test and learn plan
• Develop a fluent understanding of the key customer segments and execute initiatives to reduce churn within those segments across multiple platforms
• Communicate the success of retention initiatives, clearly outlining the goals, the methodology, the impact and next steps
• Implement upsell and cross-sell customer campaigns to drive incremental business growth
• Work closely with the broader marketing team to optimize marketing activity through the entire customer lifecycle

About You

To be our Customer Retention Manager you will likely have:

• 5 years of experience in a marketing, data or product role, ideally at a media or publishing company
• The ability to identify the relevant information required to make a decision and present that information in a concise, logical manner
• Embody a “test and learn” mentality to drive results
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and generate buy-in from key stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a structured and logical way to ensure you’re always delivering the right work at the right time
