Position summary

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Assist with inbound sales queries and requests via webchat
  • Provide basic product knowledge within assigned subsegment of the Thomson Reuters portfolio
  • Optimize the customer journey, focusing on speed and delivery quality to improve customer engagement and drive customers through the digital sales funnel
  • Use expertise on digital capabilities to guide customers on how to progress their purchase via Self-Serve
  • Transfer customers to other Sales roles for more complex queries and deal scenarios which cannot be delivered digitally
  • Share customer information with other Sales roles when handing off in order to create a continuous omnichannel experience

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
  • A demonstrated ability to manage and effectively address high customer contact volumes
  • High degree of professionalism, customer centricity and flexibility

Previous experience

  • Business-to-business webchat sales and virtual / telesales experience preferred
