The Director, Customer Service is accountable for the delivery of customer service support to drive positive interactions. Lead teams that service our global customers by keeping them aligned, utilizing scale, and performing consistently to enable customer satisfaction and retention. Drive change necessary to improve operating and organizational efficiency across team.
The Director will partner with Operations to implement the right tools and technologies to further our goals of quality and efficiency. Partner with leaders across the Customer Service and Support organization, working to implement the right solutions for our customers. You must take an analytical approach to continuously improve the team’s performance and efficiency while also ensuring top employee satisfaction.
