O(A) escolhido(a) vai orientar uma equipe de repórteres e editores para ser a mais rápida e eficiente na cobertura de notícias urgentes, além de buscar exclusivas que mexam no mercado e pautem o debate público. Ela ou ele vai definir prioridades de cobertura tanto do noticiário diário quanto em reportagens investigativas de alto impacto. Vai organizar a cobertura das eleições de 2022 com enfoque no impacto para as políticas públicas, o ambiente regulatório e os mercados. Sobretudo, deve ser capaz de cultivar uma equipe vencedora que colabore entre idiomas e conecte as redações da Reuters em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Brasília.
Como Editor(a) do Serviço Brasileiro, você vai:
-Liderar a cobertura jornalística no Brasil em várias frentes
-Assegurar a publicação de manchetes e reportagens com velocidade e precisão
-Planejar a cobertura de eventos e preparar a equipe para o inesperado
-Priorizar reportagens investigativas de alto impacto que diferenciem a nossa cobertura
-Ganhar as histórias de maior relevância na cobertura de empresas, mercados, commodities e economia
Para ser Editor(a) do Serviço Brasileiro, você terá:
-Ao menos 10 anos de experiência em jornalismo de tempo real
-Excelente critério jornalístico
-Habilidade de edição de texto e vocação para resolver problemas
-Conhecimento profundo das áreas de empresas, mercados, commodities, economia e política do Brasil
-Exemplos de sucesso pautando cobertura e liderando uma equipe de repórteres
