The Enterprise Content Manager – Technology and Innovation manages the ideation and creation, market socialization and internal/external amplification for content focused on technology and innovation for professionals. The Manager will work across the Thomson Reuters organization and with external partners to ensure the appropriate levels of content and expertise are being delivered to support our messaging. This position will be responsible for providing multimedia content and reports, assisting with the development and promotion of internal and external events, and helping to manage both internal and external relationships with a wide variety of customers.

About the role:

  • Lead the design and planning of Technology and Innovation research and content for the Market Insights and Thought Leadership team. 
  • Work with internal and external partners to create content, including reports; articles/blog posts; white papers; webinars; and conference presentations. 
  • Engage with internal partners to understand current strategies and identify areas where thought leadership content can support those strategies. 
  • Work across all of Thomson Reuters’ customer markets, including legal, tax, corporates, and government, developing expertise in the main technology and innovation challenges and trends in those markets. 
  • Monitor industry trends in order to proactively identify topics and create compelling content to drive readership and visibility for Thomson Reuters.
  • Develop a network of outside contributors who can help provide content supporting identified goals. 
  • Engage with strategic partners in order to meet mutual goals around engagement and content production. 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Global perspective on technology and innovation trends.
  • Curiosity and drive to identify and understand new technology trends emerging in our markets through constant scanning of news and familiarity with sources of expertise (universities, thought leaders, research centers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters’ customer markets, and its offerings in each market.
  • Experience in content strategy and “top of funnel” applications for thought leadership content.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Some familiarity with research methodologies, data analytics, and data visualization and presentation techniques.
  • Solid network inside and outside Thomson Reuters that can be drawn on for content and collaboration.
