Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

Below are the main job duties of the role:

• Retain and grow on assigned accounts, actively seek to grow usage and wallet share, maintain a full view of the client to identify risk and opportunities using all form of tracking and monitoring
• Product demo and actively inform and engage clients on new product launches
• Maintaining, updating and entering and ensuring accurate info in Salesforce
• To own proactive selling in region/vertical outside of marketing demand generation utilizing social selling and maintaining self-generated pipeline
• Immediate action on leads and timely transfer of leads to other Account Manager as guided
• Work with various stakeholders internally and externally to ensure smooth deal closure from A-Z, and work closely with credit control on payment collection
• Action on transactional & commercial one off sales
• Other assigned tasks by your manager

About You

You'll be successful in the role if you have:

• Minimum 3-4 year previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong listening skills, persistent and always have can do attitude
• Detail-oriented able to work under stress and work independently
• Proficiency in English and a Southeast Asian language (such as Thai, or Vietnamese) would be a plus
