IHN Solutions Engineering, Lead Cloud Engineer
This position will provide Cloud computing leadership in TR’s Technology team as the company accelerates its adoption of Public Cloud services. The successful candidate will combine deep operations knowledge with cloud acumen and work with the TR Enterprise Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to ensure that the various business units within TR achieve the full benefits of using the standardized Cloud Tools that you will help develop, as their products transitioning to the AWS public cloud. The position requires a strong background architecting and automating CI/CD pipelines and ensuring that cloud operations engineers are never doing repetitive tasks as they develop and build out infrastructure on the cloud.
As a Lead Cloud Engineer you will work collaboratively with Development teams to help deploy and operate their applications on the AWS cloud platform. Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our non-prod and production AWS environments.
You will be responsible for leading a group of Cloud Engineers that will develop tools that ensure availability, automation, performance, efficiency, scaling, monitoring, and emergency response of the various cloud implementation work undertaken by TR teams. You will use your deep understanding of system availability, architecture, people, systems, and processes to continuously improve uptime, performance, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
