Lead Identity and Access Management Engineer - (Least Privilege Access on Endpoints)

The Information Security team seeks a high-energy, motivated individual who combines solid technical credentials with a high degree of business insight for the position of Lead Identity Access Management Engineer, within our Identity and Access Management team. The IAM team at TR is continuing to transform the entire identity landscape as a cornerstone of our security posture.  

In this role, the Lead Engineer has a strong technical background in cybersecurity or comparable field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The job requires the ability to troubleshoot escalated customer issues, perform log and configure features in the software. We are looking for a candidate with strong English (verbal and written) skills.

Required skills and responsibilities
 

• Hands on experience with Delinea Privilege Manager Cloud (PMC) (formerly Thycotic Privilege Manager) or similar product.

• Regularly review alerts, notifications, system logs, Delinea Privileged Behavior Analytics (PBA) and other relevant data points;

• Identify anomalies in PMC behavior;

• Proactively investigate identified PMC anomalies;

• Resolving technical problems of assigned cases

• Creation of and ability to troubleshoot PowerShell scripts

• Participate in group problem solving meetings to overcome challenging issues

• Researching and solving complex issues

• Working closely with Team Lead to meet SLA and customer requirements

• Document detailed failure and solution information within cases

• 2+ years in a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk or similar role

• Experience with PowerShell scripting preferred

• Knowledge of installing and maintaining webservers (IIS and Apache)

• Prior working experience with .NET applications is highly desired

• Working knowledge of MDM and software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, etc) is a benefit

• Any certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, SSCP are a benefit

• Ability to troubleshoot applications deployed in a Mac OS environment is a plus

• Strong written and verbal English skills required

• Ability to work with diverse worldwide team members and management
