12 years of Corporate experience in /finance/analytics

• Ability to work with Global teams.

• Self-motivated / Result oriented / Open to learning new technologies

• Managing team of 10 to 12 employees .

• Interpersonal Skill to Guide and Motivate team members

Skill set

• Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting

• Good Knowledge of MS office- Excel, Power Point Knowledge of SAP (desirable)

• Knowledge of automation tools – VBA/Alteryx/Python/RPA (desirable)

Responsibilities/tasks

• P&L Ownership for Sub BU / Functions

• Lead Month close reporting , Analytics

• Provide fast, actionable & accurate analysis

• Continuous Process Improvement and Automation

• Providing guidance to team members are required .

• Ensure deliverables are meet up meet on time and with Accuracy

• Adhoc analytics with Finance and BU leaders

• Building Plan and Forecast along with Operation leaders

• Scenario building for forecasting and analytics

• Provide support to Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.

• Analyze operations, costs and/or expenses to support overall decisions regarding margins and other business objectives. 

• Calculate and/or report various performance measurements including cash flow, contribution margin and ROI.
