Position summary

As part of our Marketing Transformation & Activation Center of Excellence, the Marketing Infrastructure Manager will help shape the foundation of end-to-end customer journeys by creating, analyzing and optimizing experiences designed to acquire, nurture, and qualify leads and sales opportunities that convert into measurable, repeatable and predictable new sales and revenue growth. About the Role

In this opportunity as Marketing Infrastructure Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with customer journey managers, digital and mission-based teams in creating and testing cohesive customer experiences where each touchpoint flows smoothly to the next one and can be measured and analyzed in more detail. 
  • Help identify and orchestrate tasks, removing impediments that block marketing operations’ ability to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and monitor/forecast team capacity to optimize customer touchpoints helping TR pivot from tactic-based to journey-first engagements.
  • Set an operating rhythm for reporting deliverables, monitoring status and designing/delivering executive-friendly updates.
  • Align marketing infrastructure activities across workstreams and technology platforms supporting journey managers with timelines, risks, and escalations. 
  • Be a main point of contact, owner, and coordinator of the flow of work from stakeholders to the marketing operations, infrastructure and automation teams.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Marketing Infrastructure Manager if your background includes:

  • Tech-savvy marketer with exposure to digital marketing and its interdependence with marketing automation (exposure to Eloqua and other marketing technologies preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience operating within an Agile team and familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow PPM) and best practices.
  • Ability to use multiple platforms for organizing, tracking and reporting on key deliverables.
  • Positive, proactive, self-starter with a transformational mindset, solid project management skills and a knack for storytelling. Empathetic relationship builder eager to navigate and collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed, global organization.
