Position summary

Do you have skills in marketing campaign management and administration? We have a 6 month contract available in the marketing team at Thomson Reuters. Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Director and working with a large team of fellow field marketers, you will play a key role in the tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the ANZ market that take advantage of a strong mix of marketing channels.

About the Role

As Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to prepare campaign assets and deploy local integrated demand generation campaigns utilising a variety of marketing channels including marketing automation, 3rd party digital, social, and events (digital and physical).
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of local campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing operations to help coordinate and manage tracking of spend and campaigns
  • Track, manage and report on activity performance: leads, opportunities and deals resulting from campaigns and tactics
  • Work with internal local and regional stakeholders to help ensure optimal execution of campaign tactics against key themes and campaign pillars.
  • Develop a data-driven understanding of your audience and the marketing landscape to deliver highly targeted, personalized campaigns that produce exceptional results in lead generation, pipeline influence, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Get the opportunity to work with a best-in-class marketing tech stack.
  • Help Implement and optimise ‘always-on’ digital campaigns.

About You

You’re a fit to the role if you have:

  • Around 2 years working in a similar capacity in marketing or in close proximity to sales, preferably for an MNC or a matrixed organisation, or software/tech company.
  • A passion for data-driven marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Great communication skills and love collaborating
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure; good time management skills

The role is initially a 6 month contract position but there is definitely scope for growth, potential for a contract extension or movement into a permanent position as you will be part of a large marketing team.
