We are seeking Product Managers to join the Confirmation team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for helping define and execute the overall product strategy, work directly with stakeholders and customers, and drive growth and adoption of new and existing product lines. The Product Manager will have responsibility for a fast growing and market leading web application used by customers in the US and abroad.
Responsibilities
Analyze market and competitive conditions to create and execute on a product vision that delivers unique value to our customers.
Manage the backlog and feature prioritization process for the product line in collaboration with numerous stakeholders.
Facilitate backlog refinement and story creation with the scrum/agile team(s)
Engage customers for sales and implementation support related to technology requirements (especially API-related requirements)
Understand the trends shaping your markets, relevant user personas, and developing technologies within the space.
Collaborate with sales, support and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market, sales, pricing and communication strategies.
Work with the technology and product teams to ensure business requirements are captured, executed and sequenced effectively.
Track and report effectiveness of product features, go-to-market, sales, and communication strategies for senior management.
Partner with Product Marketing and Research teams to execute learning plans and customer/stakeholder interviews to inform key roadmap decisions
Accompany sales team on key client/prospect calls or onsite visits as the subject matter expert.
Cultivate and manage mutually beneficial partnerships within the product/market category.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy or Brand Management
Demonstrated proficiency working with engineering teams on technical requirements
Agile/Scrum experience desired
Background in B2B SaaS products, financial services/Fintech preferred
Mandarin language fluency a major plus
