About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager, Inbound works to drive growth, identify and meet customer needs, and enhance satisfaction for the Checkpoint research product. Working within a small Inbound team of Checkpoint-focused colleagues, as part of the broader Inbound Product Marketing team for Legal and Tax Research products, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration skills, a strong ability to prioritize, and customer obsession are key to success.
Note: This is a *hybrid role (*mix of working from home and in-office each week) and can be based in any of these Hub office locations: Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Eagan), Dallas area (Carrollton), Ann Arbor, MI.

In this Product Marketing Manager, Inbound opportunity you will:
Manage multiple projects to drive business performance
Own market sizing, customer segmentation and competitive intelligence to inform Checkpoint strategy and value proposition
Work closely with research and client-facing teams to gather and prioritize feedback to drive innovation, increase client adoption, and improve retention
Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholder functions
Conduct strategic customer/industry engagement to constantly refine value proposition
Develop and contribute to business cases for product developments, acquisitions and partnerships
Collaborate both physically and virtually across global teams
You could be a fit for this role if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with the Checkpoint product (preferred)
3+ years’ experience with the Tax & Accounting research industry (preferred)
Prior experience leading analytical and cross-functional initiatives
Prior experience building new or enhanced product or portfolio propositions
Ability to understand and interpret fundamental workings and trends within the Tax & Accounting Industry
Ability to understand and articulate commercial, competitive, technological and strategic drivers for product development
Ability to prioritize a dynamic range of responsibilities and projects
Superior client engagement and relationship skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to brief and influence at a senior level both internally and externally
Ability to lead, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without formal authority
