REGIONAL CLIENT MANAGER    

Are you passionate about the chance to bring your sales experience to a world class company that is market leading for both content and technology? We’re looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our Global Large Law Firm sales team for London

About the Role
In this opportunity as Client Manager, Practice of Law, you will: 
•    Effectively meets customer needs and builds strategic, productive customer key-contact relationships, while also focusing on the big picture and business perspective.
•    Possesses strong ability to create opportunity and sales approaches and solutions.
•    Strong partnership with internal team members.
•    Exhibits a deep knowledge of Practice of Law product suite and the legal technology market generally.  
•    Meet and exceed Practice of Law revenue targets by retaining and supporting the growth of existing customer contracts
•    Establishes long-term customer relationships and cultivates new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns.
•    Memorable and results-driven presentations on Practice of Law workflow and vision discussions
•    Meet and exceed activity-level and customer engagement metrics weekly, along with additional key performance indicators
•    Exceptional use and engagement with Salesforce

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Client Manager, Practice of Law if you:
•    Demonstrates strong value selling and negotiation skills, particularly for sophisticated global law firm professionals
•    J.D. and legal practice experience preferred
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
•    Previous account management, sales or marketing experience strongly preferred
