Position summary

Risk Client Relationship Associate, Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) An exciting opportunity has been made available for a Risk Client Relationship Associate to support our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team in our AEM region.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities: Assisting Risk Client Relationship Management (CRM) team in account related activities including but not limited to:

  • Providing effective administrative support on the management of opportunities and contracts through the sales cycle, working closely with the CRM Managers
  •  Managing post contracting processing, from distributing to all departments, handling of hard and soft copies, maintaining accurate database and others relevant duties. •
  • Managing and assisting termination of contracts from clients, from procedures to reporting statistics.
  • Generating regular reports for the ongoing assessment of active contracts in order to track renewals
  • Checking through invoices and liaise with internal teams for any efficient and timely rectification work as necessary
  • Ensuring sales documentation and flows are properly documented, filed on system and communicated to respective departments; to follow up with the respective departments to perform any rectification work if necessary
  • Providing administrative support on post migration client data verifications
  • Liaising with clients to ensure payments are made on time
  • Supporting Business in Client Retention activities including account management
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as the business may require

About You:

The skills required of the Risk Client Relationship Associate are:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation) with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment and changes in work processes
  •  Confident, helpful, customer-oriented email-etiquette and phone presence required
  •  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex client issues, improve service offerings
  • Organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail as the bulk of the role requires ability to connect the dots and maintain accurate database
  •  Takes initiative, innovative and suggests better ways of working when appropriate
  •  Ability to troubleshoot and make appropriate decisions based on knowledge of business objectives • Excellent team player but also disciplined to work independently
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) will be vital
  • Understanding of Sales cycle, Order Management workflow, and Invoicing tools are a strong plus
  • Willing to work in Mckinly Hill Taguig – HYBRID
  • Willing to work on night either night shift . day shift
