Position summary

As part of the Risk Governance function, our Third-Party Risk Management team helps all TR’s decision-makers manage their Third Party and Supply Chain Risk by establishing a comprehensive framework and program, which includes supplier and partner risk assessments and a sound governance model. By joining us, you’ll be a key part of enhancing the resilience of our supply chain, our methodology to tier suppliers, and addressing disruptions in our supply chain.

The Third-Party Risk Management, Sr. Analyst is a versatile and innovative risk professional, who can support all aspects of the third-party risk management lifecycle: from framework and program building, to supporting the business functions/segments with implementation and third-party risk assessments, through to third-party risk analytics and reporting. ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of a growing team of risk and supply chain professionals, the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Sr. Analyst, you will:

  • Contribute to the design, development, scaling and continuous improvement of all components of TR’s Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk Management Program (TPSCRM), in support to the Future of Risk vision
  • Solve complex business and technical issues throughout the third-party and supplier lifecycle
  • Perform strategic risk assessments on sourcing plans, third-party due diligence, contracting operations and third-party offboarding
  • Contribute to building a practical and lean TR Third-Party Risk Body of Knowledge that covers all TR risk domains including, but not limited to: Technology and Data, Cyber, ESG, People and Culture
  • Master technology solutions and platforms to manage third-party and supply chain risk and automate TPSCRM operations
  • Coordinate and liaise with potential Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the TPSCRM, Contracting and Supply Chain spaces
  • Contribute to establishing a sustainable risk culture by participating in the creation, roll-out and provision of Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk Training and Awareness campaigns
  • Manage, maintain, and drive adoption of the GRC tools, systems, and processes (i.e., MetricStream, OneTrust)
  • Ensure integrity, completeness, and accessibility of the System of Record (e.g., OneTrust) and be responsible for the end-to-end quality and availability of Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk Reporting and Dashboards

To be considered for the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Sr. Analyst position, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree level in relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Technology, Innovation)
    • 5+ years in a similar role or any valid combination of education and experience
  • Versatility and interest to understand various and complex subjects to adequately build collaborative, productive and trust-based relationships within the business segments and functions
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint, and interest in learning Power BI, Power Apps
  • Solid understanding of third-party and supply chain risk management
  • Strong knowledge of GRC tools with the ability to ramp-up production-quality workflows and interfaces with minimum learning curve and within short turnaround
  • Proven hands-on experience with procurement, contract management, supply chain and/or sourcing projects

Additional key differentiators would be:

  • Hands-on experience in the design, scaling and/or operating a Third-Party Risk Management Framework AND/OR in providing Third-Party Risk Management Lifecycle support to business

  • Mastery of Data analytics tools to manage and visualize large volumes of data (e.g., Tableau)

  • Professional Certifications in:

    • Third-Party Risk Management (Shared Assessments ™)
    • ESG such as International Association for Sustainable Economy (IASE) or Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
