Position summary

  • Operational process management and execution: help define, implement and execute processes to connect with and support clear, oversight and reporting (including insights/analysis/monitoring) of delivery, strategy and other operational data required to power the business. Use this data to suggest continuous improvement opportunities across D&A. 

  • Performance reporting and analysis: responsible to execute the end-to-end reporting cycle for D&A, including capturing, tracking and reporting on D&A OKRs, strategy and operational KPIs and broader metrics defined for D&A.   

  • Strategy and operational metrics: Build strong partnerships across the organization for the discovery and capture of key strategic metrics for understanding.  Build out automated data pipelines to gather these metrics from across the enterprise. Responsible for design, build and automation definitions of dashboard that will baseline the strategic metrics and track progress against ongoing time increments. 

  • Communication: use interpersonal skills to partner with the training team to deliver communications to ensure transparent communication of D&A priorities and progress to stakeholders and partners. 

  • Resourcing and partnership: collaborate and support the Director, Business Operations & Strategy to manage macro-level resourcing view.  

  • Ad-hoc strategic initiatives: help to understand and drive strategy and strategic customer- and business-focused initiatives as they arise.
