Position summary

Senior Business Systems Analyst:

Design, develop, deliver, and maintain 3E product suite.

Duties include: 

1.    Generate detailed AGILE story documents depicting how financial applications products will solve business requirements, in collaboration with the product team;
2.    Design and implement the database and basic user interface portions of the product, using a proprietary in-house development environment;
3.    Assist in the implementation and support of software to early release sites;
4.    Work closely with the development team to ensure that all product development is produced according to product requirements;
5.    Interact with internal and external teams to ensure that changes are properly documented and presented to those teams;
6.    Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues for on-prem and cloud environments;
7.    Create, review, and execute test cases.

Position Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline and 5 years of experience in a systems analysis-related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept three years of academic studies towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline followed by 6 years of experience in a systems analysis-related occupation.

Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. 

Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently: 

1)    5 years of experience in systems analysis writing detailed requirements and functional specifications for complex business applications;
2)    3 years of experience working on ERP systems;
3)    3 years of experience working on Document Management systems;
4)    3 years of experience with SQL;
5)    3 years of experience with Web Services and APIs;
6)    2 years of experience with Azure;
7)    2 years of testing experience.
