As a critical member of the Marketing Transformation & Activation Center of Excellence, you will lead a team of global Search, Display, Email, Automation, Media, and Social experts charged with building, testing, deploying, and optimizing demand gen campaigns and programs across the enterprise. This team serves as the engine for all marketing activity, providing deep expertise on ways to optimize within and across marketing channels to design an optimal marketing mix. At a crucial time in our company’s digital transformation, this role couldn’t be better placed to make a difference.
You’ll have the opportunity to partner closely with a broad array of central Marketing functions, driving a consistent delivery model for the organization, including digital strategy, capacity planning, workflow design, and skill-building. Your team of subject matter experts are the ones who know digital marketing down to the details, and are relied upon to understand how to best leverage our channels and platforms, how to place our investments, and how to optimize them to bring the best return and performance. You will develop and deliver marketing policies, practices and strategies to attract shoppers to the company’s online presence and drive our TR’s relationships, reputation, and results.
