About the Role

The Senior Manager - Digital Analytics, deploys their expertise in digital analytics to design and implement Thomson Reuters enterprise website tracking strategy and lead a team of skilled analysts and architects.  Together, the digital analytics team and our partners provide the analytics for the critical link in the customer journey and revenue generation.

Note: This position has a remote option with a preference that candidates are located near these Hub office locations: Dallas Metro area (Carrollton), Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Eagan), United Kingdom, or Canada for *hybrid structure (*mix of working from home and in-office).

In this opportunity as Senior Manager - Digital Analytics, you will:

• Architect, configure, and execute digital tracking implementation as well as oversee quality checks and data governance.

• Serve as the Administrator for the Adobe Analytics platform.

• Develop and present digital analytics reports focused on improving usability, effectiveness, and conversion.

• Partner with stakeholder across the marketing, digital, and related divisions to translate business needs into comprehensive and accurate tracking strategies across TR's digital properties.

• Serve as a mentor, coach, trainer and thought leader.

About You

You could be a fit for the role of Senior Manager - Digital Analytics if you have/are:

• A strong analytical and technical thinker, with demonstrated ability to seamlessly pivot between high-level, strategic activities and detailed, quantitative analytical tasks.

• 7+ years’ experience working with Adobe Analytics.

• 2+ years’ experience leading a team of digital analysts.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field (preferred).

• Positive attitude, adaptable to change.
