About the Role
We are hiring for a Senior PPC Strategist – Leadership that will support our Legal – Small Law (1 to 10 attorney size) FindLaw client segment. In this role, you’ll be committed to helping law firms achieve success through the creation and delivery of effective digital marketing solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing paid search campaigns (PPC, pay per click) on multiple channels including Google and Bing. You will support all aspects of paid search from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis. You will also be accountable to customers through direct communication both verbally and written, so strong customer service skills are critical.
Note: This role has a Hybrid option for candidates that are based in any of these Hub office locations: Dallas area (Carrollton), Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Eagan), Ann Arbor, MI.

In this opportunity as Senior PPC Strategist – Leadership, you will:
Represent the Digital Marketing organization on cross-functional committees/initiatives
Develop and execute ideas for enhancing team performance and engagement
Manage special projects focused on collaboration, leadership, team development
Manage accounts that have become escalated or have special fulfillment needs
Provide mentoring and training to PPC team
Maintain process and training documentation with subject matter experts
Research and strategize paid search campaign plans for our clients
Manage accounts to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met
Analyze and report on Pay per Click campaign results and present to client
About You
You could be a fit for the role of Senior PPC Strategist – Leadership if you have:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in paid search operations
2 to 4 years of customer service or account management
Minimum 1 year of FindLaw legal marketing experience
Portfolio of successfully implemented PPC strategies
Ability to think critically, identify, and execute on process improvement opportunities
Ability to lead and inspire others
Ability to coach, mentor and train individuals
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence internal and external audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
High School degree or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred
Google AdWords certification needs to be maintained during time in position
