About the Role
In this opportunity as a Solution Architect, you will:
Be a Technical Leader: Lead architecture design and support for an enterprise-wide application portfolio for document management, research and recommend technical standards and best practices, ensure the architecture and design are well communicated and fit with overall technology and product strategy, and be hands-on in required areas to implement core components reusable across applications.
Be a Decision Maker: Make quick and effective data-driven decisions, with good problem solving and analytical skills to infer qualitative and quantitative data and roll-out strategy that aligns with company goals.
Be an efficient Stakeholder Manager: Closely collaborate with external and internal stakeholders such as business teams and product managers to define roadmap, understand functional requirements, and lead the team to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
Be a Team Player: The ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, diverse ideas, partner with cross-functional and remote teams.
Focus on quality, continuous improvement and technical standards: Keep service focus on reliability, performance, and scalability while driving improvements in productivity and software development/architecture. Prepare technical specifications and align with industry best practices.
Be an Effective Communicator: Ability to articulate complex technical issues, share ideas, participate in peer reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills. Work with the business owners to translate requirements into actionable architectures.
Be Curious & Innovative: Continuously update yourself with next-generation technology, development tools, and contribute to process development practices.
About You
You are a fit for the role of a Solution Architect if you:
Have Bachelor's degree in information technology
5+ years experience with high-volume, multi-tenant ECM / CSP technologies such as: Onbase, Alfresco, Documentum, OpenText, Nuxeo, Filenet and camunda.
Have 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a lead design or architectural capacity
Have broad knowledge and experience with Cloud-native software design, Microservices architecture
__Have experience with RESTful APIs, end-to-end data security with JWT, https, encryption at rest.
Have hands-on experience in developing distributed applications using frameworks and technologies like Java, J2EE, Spring frameworks, ORM and UI frameworks like Angular.
Have experience in Event-driven architecture using messaging framework such as RabbitMQ, SQS, etc_._
Have experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and in migrating data between relational database systems (optional)
Have experience in implementing containerized applications using orchestration technologies like dockers, Kubernetes (optional)
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail with the ability to assess and clearly communicate
Experience building out an AI-driven document management and/or content management software experience is preferred.
