Associate Content Specialist | Content Operations The Associate Content Specialist participates in a Content Operations team and assists in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media (print or electronic). About the Role In this opportunity as an Associate Content Specialist, you will: Publishing: Perform duties such as analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data. Support team publishing goals by meeting deadlines. Quality Control: Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product. All work will be checked until competent process knowledge is developed. Individual and Team Skills: Attend and participate in team meetings, prioritize own work, and participate in the performance management process (e.g. peer reviews, self-evaluation). Content acquisition: Duties may include acquisition of manuscripts or core content, analysis of manuscripts and electronic files, coding (mark-up of data) and resolving coding errors, manuscript editing, compiling and editing of content, proofreading and copy reading, quality control and verification. About You You are a fit for the role of Associate Content Specialist if you: Bachelor's degree holder Strong English language skills, including college level vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and grammar and sentence structure Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts. Skilled in the use of personal computers and familiarity with multiple software packages, including word processing and file management applications Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment Ability to successfully work in a team environment Candidates must be willing to in Mckinley Hill Taguig (HRBIRD SET UP 2days in the office and 3 days at home) Must be willing to work on any shift and shifting schedule (Morning / Mid / Night Shift) What’s in it For You?
