Roles and Responsibilities Partner with enterprise process owners, enterprise delivery leads, business stakeholders, and enabling functions to drive continuous improvement through automation. Lead collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities, opportunities, and define solutions. Consult on design and implementation of automated solutions for use in diverse environments Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation With partners, develop high level cost evaluation and return on investment (ROI) estimates. Define and monitor key performance indicators for automation and partner with Performance Metrics contact to regularly publish performance reports for executive, business leadership, and customer audiences. Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades Provide consultation, technical support and training to other automation resources. Assist in the development of internal training programs, activities, and initiatives to build a “citizen developer” network for Power Platforms Provide oversight and direction for Citizen Developer network to implement, maintain, and manage Power Platforms (and eventually other automation technology) Manage partnerships with external technology platform providers and the broader user community. Experience and Skills Experience with the design and implementation of automated systems, especially as related to workplace technologies and corporate systems Strong ability with software testing and validation Ability to navigate politically sensitive topics and maintain constructive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Experience with Power Platforms and UI Path preferred Do you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
