Database Researcher - Asia and Emerging Markets About the Role: In this opportunity as Database Researcher, you will: Database Role: To upkeep ALB Databases and ensure that they are properly organized, stored and secure at all times. Data mining through web, phone and various social media platforms in existing and new markets to grow assigned territories. Data collection of potential customer contact details from primary and secondary resources (eDM and LinkedIn Invitation) Maintain, update and extract existing database in Salesforce and mailchimp for Team use Identifying and segmenting existing data according to industry, job type and country. Advise stakeholders on relevant contacts available in ALB Database. Monitor and execute new Online subscribers’ request as well as for ALB Products. Prepare, test and execute 3rd party eDM when required Weekly tracking of ALB generic mailbox and escalate enquiries to the appropriate ALB Team member Admin Role Maintain and update ALB Magazine circulation in SEA, NA and China Uploading of clients and in-house advertisement for ALB newsletter on a weekly basis Executing 3rd party EDM including preparing and testing prior to sending Support Events team in preparing for ALB events - name badges, shipping/delivery of events items, compile feedback forms etc Sending of generated invoices to client for payment Track and compile the open click rates on google analytics for ALB Website, newsletter and EDM About You: You’re a fit for the role of Database Researcher if your background includes: Bachelors' Degree Good typing speed with 100% accuracy Highly organized with strong multitasking and organizational skills Good phone and communication skills Proficient/knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Google DFP and Mailchimp 3-5 years of Data research experience Speed & accuracy in data entry Team player What’s in it For You?
