Digital Training Specialist We are seeking an ambitious Digital Specialist responsible for monitoring Thomson Reuters and market eLearning tools and making recommendations to improve customer learning outcomes. Create and maintain all digital assets and eLearning modules by industry standards and by global Thomson Reuters assets. Based waterside in Pyrmont, Sydney. About the role: The primary objective of the Digital Training Specialist is to design, build and manage the ongoing iteration of eLearning tools for our legal and tax products, enabling strong customer success outcomes, client retention and new sales. The role works closely with the practice and platform trainers, proposition and product teams to maintain the currency and relevancy of the learning assets The role will be part of the Customer Training team and operates across Asia and Emerging Markets reporting to the Head of Customer Training LP, AEM. Ensure the training and support portals are maintained and working efficiently. Challenge the status quo and deliver “best practice” Adult learning outcomes About you: Graduate or with two years of experience Instructional design qualification and/or production experience in eLearning and digital training assets. Ideally have training and/or Adult Learning qualifications Strong communication skills Experience in the design training programs.
