    Position summary

    We are looking for a Manager, Technology Risk to join us The successful candidate will understand business objectives and challenges, as well as the technology landscape. Collaborates across numerous stakeholder functions throughout the organization to identify and manage technology related risks and opportunities for their reduction; supports the development of remediation plans and their implementation, conducts investigations and thematic reviews to ensure business critical information assets are protected within the firm's appetite. Abut the role As a Manager, Technology Risk, you will: Work closely with members of the broader Risk & Compliance, CIO, CISO, Internal Audit and business functions, to further strengthen the Firm's risk management practices and drive enterprise framework adoption. Support the development and implementation of the technology and cyber risk framework as it evolves to meet business needs, changes across the threat landscape, regulatory and legal developments and to keep pace with industry best practices. Support efforts required to achieve and maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct risk analysis and assurance work as required, including threat management, trend analysis and control design and operating effectiveness reviews. Identify and Assess technology related risks, including potential system failures, reliability and interoperability issues, obsolescence etc. Provide subject matter expert guidance to the wider business on technology risk related matters. Further mature risk reporting for Technology – stability, reliability, availability etc., driven by data and aligned with industry standards and relevant frameworks. Provide independent review and challenge risk mitigation efforts. About You To be considered for the role of Manager, Technology Risk, you will need to have: You're naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You're a technologist at heart with solid understanding of various concepts across infrastructure and application design. You have more than 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry. You are more than familiar with relevant industry frameworks (i.e., ITIL, COBIT, ISO20x, ISO27x) and understand basics of Cyber and Information Security. You keep abreast of industry changes, including regulatory and legal developments, as well as best practices. Ideally, you have practical working experience with AI/ML: data and statistical analysis, deep learning, neural network architectures etc. What’s in it For You?
