Thomson Reuters are looking for our next Media Content Operations Specialist working along side our team in Korea on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract. The role entails an overall responsibility on legal education operation. The main role focuses on online lecture creation, website and LMS management and online contents partnership as well as business management. It includes not only filming the offline courses on site but editing the contents and uploading those recorded materials on the website for customers. This person will also manage entire online education-related tasks, such as replying to online subscribers’ requests, CS, mailing textbooks to subscribers, dealing with payment & invoice issues, and overall website maintenance. The successful individual will also participate in overall education business including offline course & seminar operating and student and tutor support. This person will be closely working with offline education specialists and product operators in proposition team and education sales team. About the Role In this opportunity as Media Content Operations Specialist, you will be: Video recording lectures & producing and editing media contents (video/text) Managing entire media contents (video/text), FTP, and website. Managing Online course management (student CS, technical support, payment and invoice etc.) Managing and supporting CP (Contents Providers) business (Media file and lecture info transmission, usage management) Offline course & seminar operating support Overall education business support & co-work- Overall education business support & co-work About You You are a fit for the role of Media Content Operations Specialist if your background includes: Work experience in education business or similar industry for 1 - 3 years. Being able to produce online contents in a variety of formats including audio and video podcasts by filming and editing offline legal training courses. Being well-trained to use media software program such as Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects to effectively work on producing online content Having an ownership and manage overall tasks regarding online legal education business. (Customer service, textbook delivery, technical support, etc.) What’s in it For You?
