This role contributes to the financial performance, operating efficiency, and customer satisfaction by implementing or operationalizing the Company's strategic business plans. As the Process Improvement Managers (Sales), you will drive both the creation of standardized sales processes and improvement of existing channel processes within the Small Law business. You will on focus the processes and activities of quota carrying sales reps. Potential projects include: Identifying ways to shift repetitive work from sales team to lower cost resources Standardizing hand-offs between channel teams: appointment setting reps, sales team, client managers, etc. Alignment of pipeline management processes, implementation of training program and tracking compliance We will measure success through: Financial success and sales growth Reduced employee attrition and burnout More efficient and simplified processes About the Role In this opportunity as Process Improvement Manager, you will: Document system and process details including collection of data about current procedures, outputs and metrics to develop a baseline and measure improvements. Identify issues, root causes and drivers of “waste” within sales processes Model potential outcomes including cost and benefits for different improvement options and prepare business case for approval Perform in-depth analysis and provide recommendations into key performance metrics and goals. Develop implementation plans for approved recommendations Track and measure progress to determine how well a new system works, then use that information to make changes over time. Contribute to the business's strategic planning process. Plans may require operations involvement in the development of new products; pursuit of new business opportunities; execution of product launches; coordination of marketing and sales campaigns, design of sales training and compensation plans, alignment of sales channels, establishment of customer service and support models, and more. About You You’re a fit for the role of Process Improvement Manager if your background includes: Bachelor degree in finance, engineering or analytic domain 4+ years of experience in process improvement oriented roles which potentially could include management consulting or sales operations Track record of leading multiple successful process improvement projects moving through the full cycle from identification, measurement, improvement and tracking Experience driving process improvements within large sales channel operations. Certification within at least one of the following: Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM, preferred Must be an action-oriented individual and able to work independently Proven analytical and quantitative skills Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving aptitude Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage multiple projects, succeed in a fast paced, changing environment and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience Experience working in large matrixed organized What’s in it For You?
