You will serve as the go-to resource for order-writing questions, order-processing steps, and assistance with problem-solving pre-sale issues and post-sale crediting and commissions cases. About the role In this opportunity as a Sales Support Specialist, you will: Responds to Sales and Client Management questions via inbound phone, email, and chat requests Identify order entry errors and trends by proactively comparing 1. quote to 2. Unison order to 3. Varicent sales and identify differences. Work with order processing and sales reps, as necessary, to fix order errors and communicate issues Consults with Sales, Sales Leadership, Commissions and Systems team to resolve problems in a timely and proactive manner Help sales professionals know where to go for data corrections (i.e., territory assignment issues, quota issues) Identify new products/product codes released throughout the year and inform Varicent team for inclusion as commissionable products Assist Sales Professionals with correct order entry into Salesforce and other systems Act as primary triage point for the TAP sales organization on order entry, quote and commissions case resolution Key goals include speed and quality of resolution, volume of tasks including customer interactions (individual and team-level) and customer satisfaction (individual and team-level) Supports one or more business channels, within a pool of Sales Operations Specialists. Provides guidance or specialized services that directly support or affect results within one functional area Works within area and uses professional procedures and practices to achieve objectives Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding Free to determine the approach used to address routine professional issues. About you: You’re a fit for the role if you have: Bachelor's Degree. 1 - 3 years of experience doing similar activities. Confident, professional, customer-oriented phone presence required Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation) Proven ability to take on multiple requests/projects concurrently and see them to successful completion Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve routine and unique user issues High degree of professionalism, able to competently address both senior leadership and entry-level user requests Organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail Thrives in a high-volume, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment Ability to troubleshoot with limited information and make appropriate decisions based on knowledge of business objectives Comprehensive knowledge of Thomson Reuters products and business processes Location: CDMX #LI-EG1 What’s in it For You?
