About the Role In this opportunity as Senior Digital Analyst, you will: Use web analytics/data to recognize patterns and trends to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities Design Tracking Strategy Co-own digital feature wishlist(s) and roadmap with product managers, nurturing strong data-driven decision making; continuously draw insights to drive (or challenge) digital backlog Partner with marketers and digital product managers to establish measurement plan and then work with developers/platform architects to deploy relevant analytics solutions to ensure right metrics, journeys, and events are captured Collect business requirements and ask probing questions to fully understand business needs and how it relates to key performance measurements. Develop the analytics, measurement, and tracking strategy for the website and digital campaigns. Deliver Insights Produce reports and digital dashboards to track website and campaign performance, business trends, customer behavior and other key success indicators for various operating units and management. Leverage business knowledge and analytical skills to translate complex results into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers that will support continuous improvement to campaigns and website. Investigate data anomalies to identify root cause and find opportunities for either optimization or clean-up. Serve as Thought Leader Collaborate with team to ensure consistency of information and reports, share best practices, and develop systems knowledge. Serve as a trusted consultant for digital analytics strategy About You You could be a fit for the role of Senior Digital Analyst, if you background includes: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Economic, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science Engineering, or similar data centric disciplines 5+ years’ experience in marketing or digital analytics roles 3+ years of hands-on web analytics experience with Adobe Analytics Experience analyzing digital data including analyses such as customer journey mapping, website flow analysis, audience profiling/segmentation, cohort/mix analysis, digital channel analysis Understanding of various concepts such as agile/scrum, A/B or multivariate testing, tag management, journey mapping, and segmentation Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to own and drive work forward, communication Positive attitude, adaptable to change What’s in it For You? Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states (CA, CO, CT, NV, WA) and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $71,400 - $132,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
