Deliver SAP Ariba enhancements/ major upgrades and transformations including integrations with S/4 HANA and other 3rd party supplier payment systems Understanding trends and new developments in respective field, Specifically in SAP Ariba / Source 2 Pay Cloud products Actively work with Internal teams to develop pipeline for Source 2 Pay service/solutions offerings within the Organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, Internal Stakeholders and Peers Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work on S2P Solutions, Technical Architecture, Product management related changes to bring SAP technology solutions to solve business problems by providing subject matter expertise on leading technology within Finance/Sourcing applications Work with Managers, leads, Business Stake holders/Product management/ Demand to deliver on the business needs Continuous Improvement Learn the latest Technical and functional support areas, interfaces, integrations and contribute to stabilizing Leverage feedback and insights from Internal teams, Finance team to drive continuous improvement in the application and solutions portfolio Engage in Support Portfolio/tickets to analyze portfolio level metrics, and review progress, resolve dependencies and risks, review capacity allocations, identify opportunities for continuous improvement Plan and execute periodic technology initiatives in partnership with Internal stake holders on internal objectives and technology trends About You You’re a fit for the role of Sourcing and Procurement ( SAP Ariba ) Application Engineer- if you have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college/university; and/or other advanced professional credential is preferred 5+ years of SAP Ariba technical and functional development experience implementing, and supporting the full lifecycle of global S2P, financial applications on SAP Ariba, ECC, SAP S/4 HANA with integrations to Oracle, Workday, Banks etc 5+ years of progressively responsible of SAP applications across Configuration, technology design, technical development, Testing and Release 5+ years of managing large global teams and extensive experience collaborating with multiple functional and technical teams including partners, stakeholders, contractors and consultants to deliver projects Understanding of Business processes, Deployments, project management methodologies like Waterfall, JIRA and leading practices Experience in managing cutting-edge technologies as well as modernizing legacy technology Experience in delivering large complex applications with focus on Global deployments, Enhancements and support Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring engineers/staff, evaluating performance and providing performance feedback Demonstrated growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems What’s in it for you: You will have the opportunity to work for a company that has a market dominant position for both content and technology and is passionate about giving back to the community Learning and Working on cutting edge Technology/processes Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success Excellent benefits Package As a global business, we rely on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals.
