    Position summary

    Qualification: MBA Finance/ Master’s in Finance/ Accounting/ CA Eligibility: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting domain and at least 1 year in the current role. Skills: Excellent understanding of TR Financial systems (mainly SAP, BO, SmartView, OBIEE) MS Office suite. With excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and power point presentation. Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated/ Result oriented Advanced user level knowledge of automation and data visualization tools Position Purpose: The Lead analyst partners with Legal finance teams to provide reporting and analytical support to help drive business performance. The position requires focusing on business partners and driving results. Should be able to demonstrate understanding in creating new reports as per the business requirements and being able to present it to the higher management. Possess automation skills to standardize and simplify existing processes. Job Overview Provide financial reporting and analysis to internal finance teams by gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations on actuals, plan, forecast and trended future requirements. Possess excellent knowledge of expense reporting and help in simplification of processes. Hands on experience in automation and simplification of the processes. Analytical skill to provide comments on the variances month on month and highlight it to the management. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. Assist the manager in setting performance measurement procedures in the team. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities. Responsible for month end financial reporting adhering to the timelines. Identify problem areas in processes and resolve with management input for process improvements. Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations. To identify problems and resolve customer queries and complaints.
