The role is to ensure EBO OTC – Oder Management team delivers all operational requirements across regions, manage key stakeholders and be responsible for customer service par excellence. The role is expected to be flexible to work in shifts (including night shifts). Candidates interested in applying for this role should possess a minimum of 2 years of Team Leader experience. Knowledge of order lifecycle management and customer service process is preferred. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities · Manage staff size of 6 to 12 Responsible for managing staff, providing leadership and expertise to their team, meeting targets for compliance and service levels Ensure that planning activities to enable accurate and timely order management/fulfilment are carried out. This includes: verification of permissioning needs, communication requirements and general customer needs: provision of timeframes and setting customer expectations as appropriate; Escalate all delays to internal groups as appropriate Ensures that there is constant communication with stakeholders and senior management to ensure service and delivery Inspires team to meet customer requirements and improve quality standards by setting high standards. Ensure that teams meet relevant compliance needs of the organization. Uses statistical information to help operational management of issues, improve quality and customer experience while reducing costs/waste. Review and analyze the effectiveness of operating procedures, recommending changes and improvements as appropriate and possible impact on operations. Communicates effectively with other personnel, globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting best practice Works with support teams for optimum support of Operations Manage and escalate individual team member performance issues accordingly. Communicates clearly on Pay for Performance culture and principles and the linkage to Rewards Qualification: Graduate/post-graduate in related field such as Finance or Economics Knowledge of financial markets and instruments is a plus Six Sigma training and/or experience is a plus Skills: Should have good working knowledge of the subject matter – SAP quote to order and Entitlements. Proven ability to build successful relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Frequent face-to- face, telecon and videocon communications will be required with key stakeholders and customers, other regional teams, Project team, Business Units, Editorial, Focus Group Account Customers, Ability to grasp technical concepts, understand diverse hardware platforms, operating systems, data communications and networking Understanding of financial markets and Thomson Reuters products; Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to communicate at all levels and works as and manages a team Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate prioritization and escalation skills for themselves and team. Encourages and enables compliance with team practices and methods of working whilst seeking proactively to improve Flexibility and an appreciation of a fast-moving and international environment Should be flexible to work in shifts. Professional Experience 5 Plus years of relevant experience in leading and managing teams including customer facing roles.
