岗位职责
- 向潜在和现有客户销售业务应用软件/解决方案和相关服务；
- 通过预测、客户资源分配、客户策略和计划管理销售；
- 分别作为团队成员领导贡献者，为其他人提供指导和指导；
- 负责所在区域业务&客户的积极拓展: 及时了解客户需求，为客户提供全面有价值的解决方案；
- 主动搜集客户信息，识别潜在增长领域以达成业务的持续发展；
- 负责已有客户资源维护，商务谈判，款项回收以及新客户的开发；
- 推动内外部跨部门沟通和协作，达成销售目标。
我们的要求
- 了解Thoughtworks业务类型、运行模式；
- 3年及以上在IT行业销售工作经验，有软件解决方案/系统集成/软件咨询行业的经验者优先
- to B大客户的相关经验，电信或通信行业经验优先；
- 良好的人际沟通能力，良好的沟通/谈判/成交技巧；
- 良好的销售技能，具备客户布局与规划的能力；
- 具备优秀的学习能力，能不断学习所在市场以及解决方案，分析客户关系以及潜在市场的合作伙伴等；
- 富有激情，愿意接收挑战：积极主动，既结果导向也关注人；
- 能接受一定程度的出差；
- 英文: 可作为工作语言。
