    Position summary

    ead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and overarching programs that are simultaneously globally-aligned and regionally-adaptable.

    You'll report to the Global Head of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing and work collaboratively with your regional center lead counterparts on campaign implementation and management.

    At the time of application, you must be either a Thai citizen or a local expatriate holding a work permit issued by an employer in Thailand.

    Job responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy aligned with Thoughtworks' global values, culture, and business goals.

    • Drive market differentiation to attract active and passive job seekers, enhancing Thoughtworks' recognition as a top tech employer.

    • Champion process management, best practices, and purpose-led marketing to amplify employer attributes and DEISSC commitments.

    • Translate global strategies for regional implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    • Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels to attract top-tier talent.

    • Create tailored content for regional candidate personas, leveraging platforms like social media, career websites, and videos.

    • Lead global programs that advocate for Thoughtworks' employer brand, including onboarding, alumni, and third-party recognitions.

    • Empower employees as brand advocates by providing resources to share their career experiences on social media and other platforms.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align employer brand messaging with marketing and talent goals.

    • Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and manage the recruitment marketing budget for maximum impact.

    Job qualifications

    Technical Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, human resources or related field.

    • Minimum of 10 years (15 preferred) of integrated marketing campaign experience, preferably with a fast-paced tech company.

    • Ideally, a minimum of eight years experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related roles.

    Professional Skills

    • Integrated marketing mindset to ensure a consistent, impactful message is delivered to the right audience - candidates, employees, alumni - at the right time.

    • Track record of developing and executing successful employer brand campaigns across a variety of media to drive awareness, consideration and conversion.

    • Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and influence cross-functional team, while sharing learnings and best practices.

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics, and can apply reporting insights to goal setting and delivery.

    • Strategic thinker that embraces creativity and innovative ideas.

    • Knack for prioritization, stakeholder management, embracing opportunities and resolving conflicts as they arise.

    • Natural communicator - with excellent written and verbal communication skills - and a pro at presenting ideas, telling stories and getting buy-in.
