id-and-long tail merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
- Support on incubating brands & merchants that contribute large and medium GMV share
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants/brands, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans
- Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
- Support on managing seller community with communication, campaign reminds, case study etc.
- In charge of internal projects that require cross-functional collaboration, including Campaign Deal Hunting tracking and Price Competitiveness monitoring.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration.
- Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship period (longer preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a logical mindset to interpret data and develop growth strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messages and materials.
