We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB advertisers in a one to many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers. Responsibilities 1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients and agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for clients in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization 2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues. 3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Understand their business objectives and determine the right course of action with a view on helping them grow their business. 4. Embrace change as an opportunity - You will have a growth mindset: learning if you don't understand, accepting challenges, growing through failure; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive. 5. Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes. Share your knowledge and empower your peers. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or another related area of study. 2. Strong Account management/Customer Success experience. 3. Managing advertising clients at scale is a Plus 4. Good experience of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. 5. Knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products. 6. Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up. 7. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goal with a large book of business. 8. Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set. 9. Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. 10. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Zulu, Afrikaans, Xhosa.
