Position summary

The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. This position will be responsible for meeting the Risk and Moderation demands. Main Responsibilities -Review content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency; -Cooperate with other businesses related functions to complete the designated work; -Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale; -Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners; -Conduct general data entry tasks; -Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures -Fluent written and spoken Belarusian plus business level English. -Experience in an online moderation or trust and safety environment preferred but not required. -Experience working in a KPI or target driven environment preferred but not required. -Some experience working within an online or BPO environment would be a bonus, but is not necessary. -Confident working with a suite of online and offline IT software including Excel, Powerpoint and Excel. -Strong analytical and research skills; -Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail -Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines -Ability to work alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends) TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
