We are seeking a talented individual based in the UK to join the Creative / GMPT team. Our team exists to make creative easy, effective and efficient for advertisers, and to ensure that creative is the strongest revenue driver for advertisers across Europe.
Our Advertiser Enablement team is the gateway between Creative Product and the UK market, including both GBS and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative is a lever for TikTok growth, and that our products are adopted across our largest activations.
Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert, who can help bring our advertisers' visions to life with exciting content.
Candidates must have experience working with social partners, creative and creators in a commercial context, and be prepared to explain how they've convinced advertisers to embrace creative as the key to marketing success. They should be equally comfortable answering campaign performance questions from a marketing director, as interacting with creative partners on incentive plans.
