    We are seeking a talented individual based in the UK to join the Creative / GMPT team. Our team exists to make creative easy, effective and efficient for advertisers, and to ensure that creative is the strongest revenue driver for advertisers across Europe.

    Our Advertiser Enablement team is the gateway between Creative Product and the UK market, including both GBS and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative is a lever for TikTok growth, and that our products are adopted across our largest activations.

    Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert, who can help bring our advertisers' visions to life with exciting content.

    Candidates must have experience working with social partners, creative and creators in a commercial context, and be prepared to explain how they've convinced advertisers to embrace creative as the key to marketing success. They should be equally comfortable answering campaign performance questions from a marketing director, as interacting with creative partners on incentive plans.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the primary Creative Product POC for at least one cluster in the UK market, responsible for driving revenue and product penetration across that cluster
    • Be a product expert in our suite of Creative Product: TTCX, TTO, Symphony and more
    • Be a creative partner expert, providing education to the market and building deep relationships with our creative ecosystem across the region and learning which levers drive the most revenue
    • Lead creative input into strategic marketing activation proposals
    • Be responsible for, pre- and post-sales on the demand side, plus partner relationships

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of relevant experience working with product and in the creative ecosystem for marketing or advertising purposes.
    • Direct experience supporting the advertising RFP process and a fluent understanding of digital marketing tactics and KPIs
    • Demonstrated strong expertise in product and data analytics
    • Experience presenting to brand and ad agency clients
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills across every relevant channel
    • Exceptional attention to detail and respect for process even when external circumstances are messy and unpredictable
    • Entrepreneurial thinker who will recommend business improvements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and TikTok Creative Solutions (TikTok One and TikTok Symphony).
