s/ agencies and support them in the execution process: guidance about TikTok ads manager solutions, how to set up and implement the campaigns, support agencies in the use of TikTok Creative solutions such as TTO, TTCX, etc guaranteeing all internal alignments with the respective XFNs.
Because this role operates within a more scalable book of business (BoB), success requires strong time management and prioritization skills, focusing efforts on opportunities with the highest revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Client Solutions & Account Growth:
- Support Agency Partnerships Manager in identifying, prioritizing and securing business opportunities, mainly through upsell;
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct or agency clients;
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions for clients;
- Be constantly aligned with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational initiatives;
- Be the main Point of contact to support agencies in benchmarks, product, media strategy and measurement recommendations;
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services;
- Ensure that all clients receive the highest level of client-facing service and operational support.
Prioritization & Scalable Account Management:
- Manage a broad and scalable BoB, balancing multiple accounts with diverse needs;
- Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and business impact, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently;
- Apply structured time management to maximize productivity, focusing on accounts and activities with the highest ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services or media sales in digital advertising;
- Proven track record of managing performance advertisers and delivering against revenue targets;
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, manage complex relationships, and influence senior stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with English fluency for global stakeholders and cross-functional interactions;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in campaign optimization;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment;
- Proven ability to prioritize accounts and opportunities based on revenue impact within a scalable BoB.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of self-serve, auction, and biddable digital advertising platforms;
- Experience with Excel and advanced data analysis;
