About The Team Our team provides industry-leading ML algorithm capabilities and complete voice product solutions for all business lines, including B2B as well. We empower businesses in the fields of audio understanding, audio creation, music retrieval and generation, song synthesis, ML education, etc., and solve basic problems such as human-computer voice interaction, audio and video content understanding and creation, and education intelligence. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the research and development in natural language processing, language models, deep learning or other related areas 2. Responsible for the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning technology, application of language models and speech recognition post-processing technology to products 3. Familiar with large-scale language modeling algorithms (N-gram, nnlm) 4. Familiar with decoding engine optimization, with experience in WFST composition and optimization 5. Familiar with decoding algorithms under the end-to-end framework, with experience in decoding algorithm development and optimization 1. Masters or PhD in EE, CS or related areas with a focus in speech recognition, natural language processing 2. Familiar with one or more of the open source tools such as Kaldi, SRILM, RNNLM, Pytorch, etc. 3. Experience in acoustic models, language models, speech recognition post-processing (punctuation prediction, inverse text normalization, disfluency detection, error correction), natural language processing or other related algorithms will be preferred 4. Candidates with publications in international conferences or journals (ICASSP, Interspeech, ASRU) will be preferred 5. Proactive and enthusiastic, with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment 6.
