Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and reporting related to womenswear social-commerce industries.
Workstream includes, but is not limited to analysis of seller management, creator, competitive intelligence, content supply and quality improvement.
- Assist potential sellers in onboarding, development, and resolving seller issues in TikTok Shop and Tokopedia.
- Collaborate and to be mentored closely with Category Manager, Account Management Lead, and Account Managers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student in 3rd-4th year university, majoring in Business/Economics/Engineering
- Committed to work at an office 4-5 days/week
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce and committed throughout the internship period
- Good communication skills and comfortable with data. Experience operating Microsoft Excel and Power Point (or similar applications).
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to create simple graphic design with Canva or similar tools
- Interested in working in social commerce or tech companies in the long-term.
