Team Intro
The US TikTok User & Product Operations organization is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and detail-oriented team member to provide high quality analysis to cross functional stakeholders. We are looking for a strategic self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones. The ideal candidate is a humble, curious, and skilled listener, communicator and relationship-builder.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Build a working understanding of TikTok music ecosystem&product, its customers, data infrastructure, and business goals
• Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques. Leverage TikTok user data to empower sales and product development for artist service
• Understands basic business performance and answers product and business questions to drive business actions
• Identifies and evaluates the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations. Operationalizes compelling self-service dashboards and tools.
• Reflects on the requirements or directions provided on a project idea to anticipate gaps and provides recommendations for improved delivery
  -Occasionally plans and facilitates stakeholder requirements sessions and leverage business perspective

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. 3-5 years experience in tech companies
• Excellent data analytical skills. Especially in SQL data ETL and Data visualization. Knowledge of building predictive models and A/B testing would be a plus
• Excellent data analytical skills. We hope you have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights and trends and the aptitude to influence new strategies based on these insight
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of music industry/artist collaboration is a plus
• Candidates with statistics/computer science degrees are preferred
• Good understanding of TikTok content ecosystem, and social media trends are preferred. Understanding the music industry would be a huge plus

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $82227 - $128355 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
