About the Team
The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertister experience.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our strategies and AI models through rigorous testing and analysis. You will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing potential issues to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of our solutions.

Main Responsibilities

1. Proactively discover quality issues in strategies and AI models through systematic testing and analysis.
2. Utilize various methods, including constructing test datasets and conducting online sampling inspections, to evaluate the performance and accuracy of strategies and AI models.
3. Generate detailed analysis reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and insights to facilitate the iteration and enhancement of strategies and AI models
4. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and refine testing methodologies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, computing, or any analytics majors are preferred.
2. 1 to 2 years of operational experience, preferably in tech operations, trust & safety, consulting, business analytics, or intelligence research environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas of improvement with a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or testing, preferably in AI, machine learning, or data analytics domains.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, In-House Aeolus tool is a plus.
