About the Team The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertister experience.


  1. Solving business problems through data analysis, quantifying data through quantification, assisting the team in making judgements and using data to provide team methodological support.
  2. Extract and analyze the data in auto moderation operations. Build reports and dashboards to present and communicate. Use data to share insights and build consensus across functions on areas of improvement
  3. Provide forecast modeling which interprets upstream demand signals for downstream supply planning.
  4. Establish and monitor KPIs. Provide quantitative metrics for team output. Regular optimisation of workflow and follow-up and review of projects to continuously improve quality and output.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional partners (TikTok Monetization Product, Ad policy, Integrity Product/platform teams, Data science, Auto Moderation operations teams) to identify, assess and resolve ad integrity-related issues in our products and processes. Requirements
  6. Proficiency in English as a working language;
  7. Bachelor degree or above, preferably with 1- 2 years of experience in technology/internet/social media/statistics or strategy field;
  8. Proficiency in SQL scripting and common functions, ability to process and performance tune large volumes of data; Python, R or machine learning a plus.
  9. Experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals (eg. Tableau,Business Intelligence hubs)
  10. Adaptive to a multi-culture and cross-geo working environment
  11. Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to drive the simultaneous delivery of complex projects in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
