About the Team
The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertister experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional partners (ad policy, product management, data analytics, Auto Moderation operations, engineering) to identify, assess and resolve auto moderation related issues in our products and processes;
- Translate business, auto moderation, operational problems into tangible and feasible solutions to drive growth, efficiency, experience and manage risk and quality. Write clear business requirements documents and partner with technical / engineering teams to deliver on the requirements;
- Define launch auto moderation strategies that meet the unique requirements of the auto moderation internal team or specific verticals and ad products,and deliver the auto moderation internal team;
- Implement executable operational workflows and relevant auto moderation, including the revision of current auto moderation strategy as the collaboration develops;
- Optimising workflows and following up and reviewing projects on a regular basis to continuously improve the quality and output of projects;
- Standardise and optimise auto moderation AI models and evaluate its performance, especially the model's ability in capturing recent leakages, bad cases and overkills.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English as a working language
- Experience with MS Office skills, SQL or Python strongly preferred;
- Bachelor degree or above, ideally with 1-2 years experience in product/technology/internet/social media/or strategy field;
- Possess sensitivity to content ecology and relevant strategies, strong overall view and excellent logical thinking ability, good at reasoning and analysis;
- Have a sense of responsibility and execution, good project and product management awareness and the ability to solve complex problems;
- Strong innovative spirit and passion, fast learning ability, and in-depth understanding of advertising business, content business and its related to technologies;
- Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to drive the simultaneous delivery of complex projects in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
