The Team: TikTok For Business' UK B2B Marketing Team is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to manage multi-discipline marketing campaigns - across events, marketing communications and industry relations. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Lead in London, this role will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring marketing touchpoints as part of a wider marketing strategy closely aligned with the UK commercial strategy - driving revenue, brand fame and safety reputation in market. The B2B Marketing team works across key accounts, media and creative agency audiences, in addition to partnering with the Global SMB team on programme activations in market. The UK team is also responsible for working with the EUI Experiences team to ensure EUI tentpoles are activated in the market effectively and driving value for the local GBS team. The UK B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing projects and campaigns end-to-end - from brief to conception and ideation, to implementation and reporting post-campaign success. Key responsibilities include: - Audience lead for brand direct - maintain oversight and coordination of projects and campaigns touching the brand direct audience - Manage projects across the entire marketing mix, from proprietary and industry events, to marketing communications, industry relations and brand partnerships - Create and execute disruptive marketing activations in response to clear business challenges, with the goal of delivering a direct business response - Work with EUI centres of excellence in Events, Marcomms and Industry Relations to deliver EUI wide programmes and touchpoints in the UK market - Collaborate with XFN stakeholders in Comms, PSO, Brand Strategy, Marketing Sciences to take fame-building work to market - Rigorous project manager, with the ability to deliver projects on time and to a high-standard - Quality communicator, across internal and external communications - Creative thinker who aims for the highest with every activation - Prior experience as a Marketing Manager, either B2B and/or B2C TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
