TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. (*All roles can be based in Hamburg, Munich or Berlin) Responsibilities - Identify new business opportunities for brands in the Marketplaces sector to partner with TikTok - Lead and grow one of our key clients within the portfolio through driving full-funnel product adoption through scaled and innovative solutions - Strategically guide the client relationship, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market - Proven track-record in driving incrementally in a very fast-paced environment - Well-versed with performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities - Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders - Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus - Fashion industry know-how is a plus - Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills - Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
